The staff was notably kind, attentive, and responsive to requests. The hotel facilitated an early breakfast box when needed, showcasing their excellent service.

The room cleaning could use improvement as the sheets were not changed regularly.

City center!

Little room, no room for coat.

Fairly clean hotel, really tasty breakfast, the location is amazing very close to the central square and which is the best mall in Tbilisi and main high streets and city centre. The staff in general is very kind and nice. They serve decent food, have a great selection of options to choose from. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Friendly staff went out of their way to assist us.

The entrance and lobby were quite cramped. We had trouble due to no parking available, forcing us to drag our luggage from a drop-off point. Breakfast options remained the same every day, lacking variety and becoming monotonous after a few days.

I loved the modern industrial design of my room with a chic and comfortable atmosphere. The direct access to the Galleria Mall made it so easy to grab meals and shop without stepping outside. The rooftop lounge wowed me with its fine views of Liberty Square.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The Urban King Room was stylish, modern, and super comfy. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the shower pressure could've been better. I'd definitely return!

The city view from my room was amazing, offering a fine skyline. The reception staff was helpful, ensuring all my requests were met promptly. The proximity to a shopping mall and food court made dining options convenient and enjoyable.

The Urban King Room was quite cozy and had a modern, stylish design. I really appreciated how fresh everything felt. The bed was super comfy. The view from the room was nice. Only downside was that the shower pressure could've been a bit better. A solid experience!

Perfect Spot with Amazing Staff

I loved the hotel's modern design and its unbeatable location right next to Liberty Square and the Galleria shopping center. The room was clean and spacious. Special thanks to Saly and Nina, were really good to ensure we had an enjoyable stay, even offering us a complimentary room upgrade. One thing that could improve is the breakfast variety. Perhaps adding more options for non-meat eaters would enhance it further.

Room feels spacious and bright, offering amazing views of the hills. the room rocks modern industrial vibes. You'll find a TV with lots of channels, along with AC and tea/coffee facilities. ☕

Easy to book a wheelchair accessible room with one bed for three adults. Enjoyed the view of the backyard and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. 🌞 Great for keeping out the sun in the morning!
